Arrival: anytime. Confirm arrival time with office. (I am not always in the office)
Arrival and departure times: Only when Ribbokkloof are fully booked. In 14h00, Out 11h00.
No Credit card facilities!!!
Cancellation terms and conditions :
25% of Deposit is lost if canceling 21 days and less before arrival.
10% Administration fee will be will be charged on deposit refunding.

Any damages to the chalet or its content will be charged for.
